Conference Fee:

The additional on site consts for attending the workshop are listed below. . 

Excursion Fee (March 3,) 2,000-3,000JPY
  * If the excursion fee is fixed, we will announce a.s.a.p.





Accommodation:

We originally set up room sharing with 3 persons. If you request small number of share person, we may ask you some additional room fees. Please let us know if you have specific request. ( contact: ytaka(at)m.tains.tohoku.ac.jp )




Your Itinerary:

As soon as your travel schedule is finalized, please let us know following information as shown below for your assistance. We will organize best way of transportation from JR Sendai Station. Thank you for your cooperation.
  1. Arrival date and time at Narita International Airport or Sendai International Airport
  2. Departure date and time at Narita International Airport or Sendai International Airport
  3. Flight Number

   * we will predict in advance approximately what time you will be arraiving at JR Sendai Stasion, and set pickup bus schedule from Sendai Station.
 



Visa:

If you need a visa to come to Japan, please let us know as soon as possible. We will provides all the documents you need to apply.
